The day dawned clear with a light wind from the North so we left Camden Haven to sail the 15 miles up to Port Macquarie. Leaving over the bar was uneventful and 3 hours later we crossed the Port Macquarie bar. This crossing got the adrenalin going a bit more but we had no issues. We have picked up a mooring near the marina and will go ashore after lunch for a look around. We plan to stay here 2 nights and weather permitting our next stop will be Trial Bay.

After a leisurly lunch onboard we went ashore for a look around. John is galley slave today so not sure what he has in mind but the stockmarket news was a little better today so we have taken the harness off him.
